There is often a common misconception that Bath Salts can only be used in a tub! That isn’t true at all. Here are a few ways in which you can use bath salts:
- In a foot bath or a large basin, sprinkle ¼ to ½ cup bath salt into warm water. Soak your feet and relax. This can also be an essential step for a DIY Pedicure.
- Mix/ Grind a small quantity of your bath salt with your body wash. Can be used as a gentle exfoliator. Remember to not scrub or rub harshly on your skin since bath salts can be a bit rough and coarse and dry/ peel out your skin if scrubbed harshly.
- Lastly, sprinkle 1 cup of bath salt into a warm bath, allow salts to dissolve, then soak in the tub for about 20 minutes.
