Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is damaged.

To be eligible for a return, Please share the photo of the damaged item as proof and email it to isha@foamo.shop.

Item must be returned within 3-4 days. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of your approval and rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 working days. 

Sale items will not be refunded. Only regular priced items can be refunded. 

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at isha@foamo.shop and send your item to 62/1 Tollygunge Circular Road Kolkata 700053.
